In order to transform your limiting beliefs, there are 5 key steps:
1. Choose your desired outcome
2. Question your limiting beliefs (have a conversation with yourself and ask is this really true, what makes it true)
3. Consider the consequences of your limiting beliefs-how is this affecting you, your thoughts, motivation, relationships.
4. Choose a new empowering belief to adapt -ex.
5. Strengthen your new empowering belief. With all of these steps, you must remember to have self-compassion as you walk the path to transforming yourself. It’s a journey that will require work and dedication but remember even if you go off course it’s ok, retrace your steps and begin again. You can do this!
